Our exciting renovations at the Arizona Biltmore Golf Club and The Adobe Restaurant continue. We hope you’ll excuse our dust during this process. The first phase is complete, with the opening of the new Golf Shop and underground cart barn. This now allows more parking access and integrated landscaping to improve the overall esthetics as you approach the golf club. Phase II will include the new clubhouse which will house The Adobe Restaurant, and a makeover of the Adobe Course by PGA TOUR professional Tom Lehman of Tom Lehman Design. These are important investments being made by JDM Partners as we prepare to move into the second century of operations.
During the renovation project The Adobe Restaurant will remain open. There will be no change in our hours of operation for now, and regular menus and our service-oriented staff will be here to serve golfers and the public. Complimentary valet parking will be available for your convenience. Please call us at (602) 468-9160 if you have any questions, and as always we thank you for your continued support.
The Adobe Restaurant at Biltmore Golf Club serves breakfast, lunch and evening cocktails. Lining the restaurant’s interior walls are photographs of past U.S. presidents such as John F. Kennedy, and Hollywood celebrities like Clark Gable. From Tinseltown to New York, and Washington, DC to Phoenix, Adobe Restaurant has seen its share of food-savvy restaurant-goers who have frequented this historic property.
To honor this tradition Heather Wissler, The Adobe Restaurant’s General Manager, boasts a traditional menu with a contemporary twist to give every guest a great culinary experience. She has a decade-long experience in food & beverage operations, including most recently at Wigwam Resort. Heather and her team are focused on outstanding service and menus to whet everyone’s appetite. Say hello to Heather the next time you are dining with us.
