Originally from Utah, Pam brings over 13 years of restaurant business experience to the Adobe Restaurant.  Pam’s resume boasts valley favorites including, La Grande Orange Grocery, LGO Pizzeria, Chelsea’s Kitchen and The Vig where she not only served as General Manager, but influenced and executed restaurant concepts. Most recently, Pam served as General Manager for Postino Winecafe.
